ReplyDeleteYou say the chain breaking caused all this other wreckage in its wake?? Some of the parts (as best I can tell..that dark-red-on-dark, um, black is a tad hard to make out clearly) look to be widely separated. It is unclear how a failure in one area, no matter how wildly the beast flailed around in its death throes, could have caused all that other shit.
Or maybe I just know jack about small engine design & operation. Yeah, that's gotta be it. :)

Well, they look widely separated, 'cause this is an exploded view of most of the parts that make up the top end/valves of the engine.
