Another year, another wheel tax paid.

UPDATE: It may sound like I'm bitching about paying over $77/year to have the privilege of riding my poverty-cycle, and I am, but just to put this in context: What I pay the state every year accounts for about 30% of my total costs of operating the scooter. How about that?
