Naw, it's just a cenotaph. Lewis is buried not far away (well, not sure where you were there but it sez "near where he died") and Clark is buried in St. Louis or just outside.
There's a replica house 150 years away from the monument, which is supposedly where he actually died. There are a few other small markers for graves immediately surrounding the monument, as well. They call this section of the park "Pioneer Cemetary." .
